We offer a variety of customized training programs.  All are tailored to you according to your fitness level, including, a combined effort of physical and mental intensity.  We emphasize the following practices and philosophies:  1)  Fuel-up before and after your workout; 2) Warm-up, align, and stretch prior to and after your workout; 3)  Maintain a daily exercise and food journal; 4) Avoid over-training; 5) Recover asap after your workout, and schedule your weekly recovery days.

 Owners of Xtreme combine both physiology of exercise with diet tailored to your lifestyle and athletic endeavors. Since I’ve been with Xtreme, I’ve competed in two bodybuilding events; a mini-triathlon; joined a cycling club where I do monthly time trials and a 100-mile ride every year; and, more.
